When you go from being a coworker to a manager you will face a whole lot of new challenges. You move from being a team player to the one in charge of the team, overseeing the work of others. This course will help you make the transition to your new role smoother and more successful. You will learn how to manage people, organize a productive team and deliver results through right actions and behavior.

Target group:
This training is for you who have recently been appointed manager. You want to learn about leadership from scratch and gain insight into how you best lead and motivate your employees. You want a good foundation for your further development as a manager and leader.
